Exe Bookkeeping and Payroll Services is owned and operated by Jaye Snell. She launched the practice in April 2018, fulfilling a long term dream, with the aim of providing outsourced solutions to small businesses, easing the administrative burden and allowing small business owners to return to building their businesses success. Prior to opening the practice, Jaye spent over ten years providing accounts support across a number of industries including retail, manufacturing and construction.

Drawing on her knowledge and experience, Jaye can assist small business owners with a variety of bookkeeping and payroll tasks including:

She also provides guidance to assist small businesses in keeping up to date with legislative changes including the new Making Tax Digital (MTD) directive, launching in April 2019 and GDPR implementation such as the creation of bespoke privacy policies and Data Protection Impact Assessments.

Software

Jaye undertakes all bookkeeping and payroll services with the support of QuickBooks Online and Xero cloud accounting software, which is specifically designed for small businesses. She is also adept in the use of Sage, Pandle , Kashflow and Pegasus Opera and holds certification in Sage 50 Payroll, as a Xero certified advisor and a Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
